To By/Dn. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} I have had a note from Roy{Sir Henry Royce} Hoskins, who says he cannot forward your letter to Sr., since he does not know his presend address. He suggests that you get a form from the Citizens' Advice Bureau in Derby, fill it in and send it to him, when he will take it down to the Red Cross. By this means, he thinks it can get across.
