To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X4425 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/LG29.3.26 LODGE SPARKING PLUGS. X4425 X.8970 With reference to the detachable porcelain sparking plugs which we are using as standard on the Phantom. Messrs. Lodge recently supplied us with a number of plugs of a similar type in which the insulator had been slightly modified. It was their desire that they should supply us with plugs of this modified type as soon as possible. We have carried out tests and we see no objection to the modified insulator. The number of the modified plug is C.150. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
