H.E. West, Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Mr. West,

I have relied on Mr. Elliott keeping you in touch with a proposed visit that Mr. Preston and I are going to pay this week and I gather from his letters that he has consulted you and everything is all right. The proposal is that Mr. Preston and I come to see you on Thursday morning and we hope you can arrange to have lunch with us.

I am staying the night in Derby and may probably be at the Works for a short time to pick up Mr. Elliott in the late part of Wednesday afternoon.

Yours sincerely,
G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} R.{Sir Henry Royce} H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Minchin
