I enclose herewith copy of letter received from Lord Howe (whom, of course, you know of as a great racing driver) concerning a two days trip he took on the Bentley Open Touring car, No. B-1-AE.

You will be pleased to see how enthusiastic he is about the car, and the thorough manner in which he tested it.

You will also note the few suggestions he has to make, which no doubt the Technical Officials will be pleased to take note of.

There is one point in particular I notice he mentions, viz. the steering, and E's memo. E7/HP/.11.33 he refers to the same thing.

If there are any comments you think we can usefully send to Lord Howe, from a technical point of view, in reply to his criticisms, I should be glad to have them.

C.
