For the attention of Mr.Child, Experimental Department. Dear Sirs, We have despatched to you under separate cover, one Model S.W.4. 12 Volt Screen Wiper, this Wiper has been built up with two Demister Air Stream Ducts to Rolls-Royce dimensions, and you will note that our Laboratory consider that the outlet slots should be longer in order to give a more reasonable spread for demisting a suitable area of the Screen. We wish to mention that it will not be possible for us to produce any further samples of this special Screen Wiper, it happened that we actually had the component parts available in their early stages which enabled us to complete this sample in our Laboratory Experimental Shop. We would inform you that we shall be sending to you today two Dip and Switch Reflectors, suitable for L.B.140 lamps as per the sample lamp you sent to us the other day, which, by the way, we also return. We have gone further into the question of trying to produce the pair of Headlamp Glasses made out of Perspex for the flush fitting Headlamps in your possession, but very much regret to inform you that we are unable to obtain any supplies of the material for this purpose. | ||
