The contents of this memo. were considered at this morning's meeting of the C.S.C. when were present:-
LHS.{Lord Herbert Scott} (in the Chair), C., Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}, CWB., HO. and Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}

It was agreed that it is essential for the Sales officials to see a completed car incorporating the proposed modifications before they are definitely adopted.

It was also felt that this completed car ought to be inspected before the proposals can be usefully criticised.

The meeting was informed by Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} that W. are making up a chassis with 'D' column which will incorporate the maximum modifications (with 'C' column the modifications are less than with the 'D' column and with the 'B' column, the modifications are less than with the 'C' or 'D') and on this chassis W. will mount an open body already built for a standard chassis.

The alterations which will be necessary to the body will be of a minor nature and the C.S.C. think W. should have no difficulty in executing them.

In the meantime, Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} will prepare comparative drawings of completed cars of the present standard type and of the proposed modified type, so that the difference in appearance may be studied.
