PHANTOM - HEAT SHIELD FOR EXHAUST SILENCER.

Herewith we send N.sch. 2311 shewing the proposed shield between the silencer and the body to obviate the excessive heat sometimes complained of. The shield is intended to be carried over the silencer as far forward as possible before the drawbars interfere. Beyond that point the silencer should be lagged as now, but only the upper half instead of all the way round as at present...
