Herewith is PD.234 shewing modifications to the change gear mechanism to accommodate the greater side-ways travel of the gear change lever. Modifications to the gear case are called for. It also shews a new top cover, which requires modifications to the centre sheet metal floor board. It will also be necessary to modify the R.H. floorboard to give greater clearance for the gear shaft in its raised position. A scheme is required.
