Dear Mr. Rowbotham, I have arranged with Mr. Hives to call on Wednesday next at your Works, and if necessary to stay over for Thursday, and shall be coming down by road with my 27 H.P. Vauxhall fitted with a carburetter such as we discussed at the Show, which might be suitable as an alternative source of supply on the Rolls-Royce 25 H.P. car. I hope that you or some other member of the Rolls-Royce staff may have time for a little run out so that they can tell me if the carburation is up to Rolls-Royce standards. Meanwhile we are, as arranged, making up another special carburetter, the one in question not being such as we have in any large production. I am enclosing a sort of agenda of the points I propose for discussion in case you should want to take me to about any of them. Yours sincerely, H.{Arthur M.
