We have observed during tests on our bench rig that the small steel spiral springunder the central H.T. supply brush corrodes away and breaks off. Could this spring be made of phosphor bronze wire as in some magneto brushes or could it be nickle plated? The present method of protection, i.e. enamelling appears inadequate. EFC/H.E.West. | ||
