To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 48260 DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}3/M14.7.25. RE. BONNET LOUVRES. X. 8260 X. 5260 X. 4214 The louvres on Mr. Royce's bonnet were not approved of. We should like to see a drawing of these louvres as Mr. Royce wishes us to instruct some modifications. Would you kindly send us a print and would you also send us dimension particulars of the louvres on the Hispano bonnet which we understand are a finer pitch, and the appearance of which we believe is reasonably satisfactory. Mr. Royce wishes his own car to be fitted with the standard shutters, but not with louvres. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} [Watermark: DICKINSON BOND] | ||
