GOSHAWK 11. TOP STEERING LEVER ON FRONT AXLE. X.4263

In view of Mr. Royce's remarks as to the possibility of the top steering lever being too light to carry the side steering tube, we have prepared a design of a lever which is strengthened against vertical loads, and we send you herewith N.sch.1246. It will be seen that it is approx. 3 times as strong as the present lever, and we have also taken the opportunity of strengthening up the section to horizontal loads as well.

It may be thought necessary to proceed with experiment and production work simultaneously.
