To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from EFC. -2- EFC4/T21217 Contd 21st February 1917. the form of entrance to the cylindrucal orifice; whether sharp edged. rounded or etc. I should imagine, before actually investigating the matter, that the form of the entrance would affect the law of variation. Anyhow, I will see what I can make of this. I am attaching also some notes on the flow of liquids through simple orificea, which I think may be useful for reference. Of course, this is just standard matter, with which, no doubt, you are acquainted. EFC. | ||
