Re: Phan.III - Push Rods with hydraulic tappets.

Is the design such that when a valve sticks open the push rod can come out of the spherical seating of the rocker arm adjusting screw. A case of this has happened and damaged the rod beyond repair. Is it because the limits allowed happen to be all on the wrong side? If not has the setting of the tappet clearance been too great.
