X1589 EFC4/AD. 24th April, 1930. The Westinghouse Brake & Saxby Signal Co.Ltd. 82 York Road, King's Cross, London, N.1. Dear Sirs, Recently, i.e. in December last, you quoted us for one Westinghouse metal rectifier set style RP-10-F.{Mr Friese} to give an output of 6 amperes at 12/14 volts, 200 volt 50 cycle single phase A.C. supply, the price quoted being £13. nett. This matter is still under consideration, and in this connection we are anxious to ask you if it is conveniently possible to put up this set in a portable form so that it can be taken about and stood on a bench or on the ground for the convenience of charging batteries at more than one site. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
