In view of Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}13/T.9.12.36. will the
Works take this steering gear back and correct it,
as explained in BY.3/W.212.36 be regrinding the
roller races to such an eccentricity at each end as
to clear the two hard spots on each side of the centre
so as to enable the follower roller to be set tight on
centre line and then return gear to Test Department.
