Both the alterations, ile., the new silencers and improved ball bearing governor control, are fitted to both Riviera cars and to 11-EX. I am writing to PN. {Mr Northey} to ask him how he finds 11-EX in this respect.

As regards H. {Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} , the two cars he is reporting on are the two Riviera cars, as given in his memo. 3326.
