"PHANTOM III" CHASSIS.

Petrol Pump Switches.

It will be necessary to continue with the existing type of petrol pump switch until such time that we can obtain final approval from the Experimental Department of the revised switch, which gives independent control of each petrol pump.

In the meantime we shall arrange for the existing switch to control the single pump on the dash on one side, and the twin pump on the other side.

This will mean however, that it will not be possible to determine whether half of the twin pump is working satisfactorily or not.

We are of the opinion that it should be possible to test each pump individually to ascertain if it is working satisfactorily and further efforts will be expended on the experimental switch to get it moving quickly.
