EXPERIMENTAL DEPARTMENT.

Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards}6/JH.

15th. May, 1939.

Messrs. Ferodo Ltd.,
Chapel-en-le-frith.

For the attention of Mr. Longley.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter of the 29th. ult. we find on trying the belts in position that the V.111 mould is just too long.

We should like to know, therefore, whether you would be willing to exchange three of these belts for three off the V.155 mould.

If you are agreeable to this change, we will return the V.111 belts as soon as we hear from you.

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
