Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Major Searight.

We have today despatched to you the 40/50 HP. tank with the gauge in the new position.

With reference to the three gauges which we have returned to you for modification. We are anxious to have these back as soon as possible as their respective cars are now ready for them.

We are wondering whether you have devised any arrangement for covering the three pipes from the tank unit between the unit head and the flexible cover for all three. Although they are not in a position to be damaged, we think we shall have complaints that they look unsightly.

Yours faithfully,
