Dear Mr. Vaughan,

Many thanks for your letter of October 14th;

For various reasons we have now decided to postpone our visit to America until early in January. We hope to be over for the New York Show which will presumably take place about the second week in January, and before leaving New York shall endeavour to pay a visit to Paterson.
