Chassis Brake File 1029 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/MHR.{M. H. Rigby}3/KC. 24th February, 1942. Stainless Spining Works Ltd., 182 Miller Street, BIRMINGHAM. 6. Attention of Mr. Blake. Dear Sirs, Some three weeks ago we sent you a drawing RG.{Mr Rowledge}2909 for a new phospher bronze spring plate, after you had agreed over the telephone to produce one spring plate within a week. We have not yet heard of any spring plates arriving here, and hope that the tools are not holding up the job. We are anxious to try these parts as soon as possible, and should therefore like to know the position of the job. Yours faithfully, for Rolls Royce Limited. | ||
