NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I COMPLAINTS. X4117

With reference to the summary of New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I complaints supplied by Sales. In our opinion this is the most useful report we have received for a very long time.

We recommend, however, that on future issues of this report, it should be made clear whether the complaint emanates from a customer, or a R-R Official.

It would also be exceedingly useful to the Expl: Dept: if we could receive similar sheets from our Depots. We consider R.D.Derby, R.D.Cricklewood, and R.D.Paris should quarterly send a similar report of the chief complaints from customers and how they have overcome them.

I consider we do not receive sufficient information from our Repair Depots.
