3. (6) Windscreen. No opinion can be expressed on the trouble of the blade fouling the screen until B.56.BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} has been examined. Normally, this is a very rare trouble, and when it occurs, is found to be due to distortion of the wiper blade. (7) Doors. The production bodies all have fairly stout plates into which are tapped the metal threaded screws holding the hinges, buffer cages etc., From the start they gave up the practice of relying on screws tapped into the steel panelling. (8) Spare Wheel Mounting. Here again, the production bodies have much stouter framework to the luggage locker doors, and the spare wheel is carried on the stouter framework. It was agreed that the method employed should prove quite satisfactory. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} | ||
