For the attention of Mr. Skinner. Dear Skinner, Thank you very much for your letter of Dec. 30th. Will you please give me any information you can of your carburetters with water heated hot spots. We have come to the conclusion that if we use exhaust heated hot spots, to get sufficient heat at low speeds, we have to get too much heat at high speeds.
