Progress on Phantom improvements and the production of experimental parts for the F.X. engine.

Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} is giving us ample capacity in the Works to help on producing Experimental parts. The difficulty we find at the moment is obtaining complete instructions. The D.O. have done wonderfully well but they have not the reserves to draw upon, like we have with the Works assistance.
