Dear Mr. Robotham,
I am in receipt of your letter of the 1st August and should be very pleased indeed to provide facilities for the three gentlemen named in your letter and yourself to move about the Course during the Tourist Trophy Race, also to have access to the Pits.
The Passes have not yet been received from our Printers, but I will see that they are sent to you from Belfast when the Race Office opens there at the end of this month.
Yours sincerely,
AWPhillips.
