We send herewith blueprint of LeC.2516 shewing instructions sent to Derby for the above.
The position of the magneto is practically the same longitudinally as the present Phantom, to be precise .350" further forward.
It is well clear of the exhaust pipe now that we have been able to stand it above the engine foot.
There is nothing to prevent us moving the magneto 1" backwards so that it sits more on the engine foot, but we fear this might restrict the room available for removing the distributor etc.
The controls are not shewn on this drawing but we have seen that there is ample room for these.
