| To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} X222 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson}7/KW.1.11.34. Rubber Engine Mounting for the Bentley. ------------------------------ There is one point which appears to have been omitted from the schemes which have been issued for the rubber engine mounting on the Bentley. We have found it necessary to cantilever the shaft carrying the throttle controls so that it is supported entirely by the crankcase. An example of this is at present running on B-23-AE.
