Whistling noise from the Bentley Flywheel, proposing a modification to increase clearance.

Bentley Flywheel.
It is thought that the whistling noise complained of is caused by the small side clearance between the edge of the starter ring, and the bosses inside the flywheel casing.
We send you herewith LeC.3612 shewing the clearance increase by cuttering the bosses .150" deeper.
