Dear Mr.Clark,
Tungstone Accumulator.
Would you have any objection to writing to the Tungstone Battery Company, asking them to explain their exclusive claim to use only pure lead for plate grids and paste, as it is your understanding that all lead accumulators are made from such material. What is it that other accumulator makers do which they do not, or vice versa.
I want to pin them down to a statement that their lead grids are pure soft lead and contain no antimony, as the Tungstone plates that we have tested do not confirm this statement.
If you will do this, I shall be very much obliged to you.
With kind regards.
Yours very truly,
E C McKinnon
