Mr.Claude Johnson,
Managing Director,
Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
London, England.

Attention: Mr. Hives.

Dear Sir,

Re: Power of Car Engine.

We should like to receive from Mr. Hives, at his earliest convenience, records of the horse power of the car engine, torque curves, etc.

These should be taken on the present car engine, but if he has none, we should like to receive curves of the prewar car engine with a general statement of the increase in power for the post war engine.

These are necessary to us for getting out our dynamometer outfit.

Very truly yours,
ROLLS-ROYCE OF AMERICA INC.

Per M.Olley.
