I am afraid my previous criticism on this car did not express all my views as I was extremely pleased with many points in connection with the running and steering of the car but only mentioned the points which I did not quite like.

I am glad that the engine's roar and roughness may be removed by alteration to camshaft, and am extremely glad to hear that EAC.10 will be still better in several ways.

We do not think it advisable to let the car go to Hooper's owing to the risk of their starting rumours or obtaining information concerning the new design of springs etc. These coachbuilders are very quick to notice and talk about any such alterations.

We hope, however, in the future that the body can be altered to our general standard which would undoubtedly help us to compare better the advantages in chassis alterations as compared with our present standard chassis.
