Exide Works,
Clifton Junction,
Nr.MANCHESTER.

For the attention of Mr.C.E.Mackinnon.

Dear Sirs,

We are going in for a modified battery on our 25/30.HP. chassis which will give us a lower chassis frame. This entails a battery longer and shallower than at present.

We have already discussed this matter with Messrs Peto & Radford and they have suggested a suitable battery, and we thought you would probably like to visit us some time in the near future to see if you can offer either an alternative battery or a battery of similar type to the Peto & Radford.

Will you please let us know what date would be suitable for your proposed visit.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
