CONTINUATION.

Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.

31st October, 1933.

With reference to the new lay-out, the proposals, which Dr. Watson has recommended in regard to the magnet and temperature compensation, are being brought in to the second instrument that we are preparing for you. The first one, we hope, will be ready by the end of this week, but this second one will be delayed about a week longer for the need of obtaining the special new magnet and keeper, etc.

The writer will again be in touch with you in a day, or two, to fix a convenient appointment to see you, therefore, one day next week.

In the meantime, Mr. Manwaring, we think, will be with you to-day, or to-morrow, and will submit to you an alternate lay-out of Rev-Clock, where the clock movement is at the top of the instrument. As this scheme necessitates the figuring going round from a new position - clockwise round the dial - we have made up also a speedometer to match.

If you like this new lay-out, we could conveniently bring it in with the new light-weight instrument without any trouble.

Always at your service,

We beg to remain,

Yours faithfully,
For THE A.T. SPEEDOMETER CO. LTD.

H R Buckland

Director.
