For the attention of Mr.Collop.

Dear Sirs,

We enclose herewith a blue print EB.3848 of a curved hose connection which we are requiring for one of our cars, and would like you to make the necessary formers to supply us with these - we would like a sample one if possible within a fortnight.

The quantity we are likely to require eventually in production is approximately 50 per week, but if catering for this quantity will put the tool cost up considerably and increase greatly the time to complete the formers we would be satisfied with equipment for an output of about 15 per week. Perhaps you would let us know as soon as possible the respective tool costs involved.

An early reply would be appreciated.

Yours Faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
