We have received the following report from Maddocks who is with 7-Goshawk-11 car (fitted with Maythorn Saloon body) in France.

"The wind-screen broke yesterday. It was very badly fitted when the car was down south, so a new one is being fitted complete with wiper. The backs are ready to fall off the two front seats so they are being fixed up again and plates put on.

There is a lot of movement between the instrument board and scuttle. The screws in the two small plates fitted are not much use so bolts are being fitted where possible.

This is the second wind-screen which has broken on this car. The first one broke when the car was being used by CJ.

The total mileage this car has run is - 4,081.
