I had intended in my previous memo on the above subject to convey the information that I wished to have all the regulators in stock modified. I am afraid that as the case I had before me at the moment was repair, my note read as though I was limiting it to repair - this is not the case. The matter is, of course, of the same urgency on production as in the customers' hands, and therefore I would like to have as few as possible to go out on new cars.
