Over-riders of Bumper Bars.

We find that the over-rider used on bumpers on R.R. cars is a registered design belonging to Ridlington.

Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} tells me that you were responsible for the shape and that Ridlington must have made a fast move to register it. Can you let me know the true story.

We find that Ridlington's prices are too high, but at the same time Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} likes our present standard over-rider.

We are informed that if it is true that this over-rider is our design even if only a very rough sketch was given to Ridlington, we have perfect liberty to use the design.
