Champion Sparking Plug Co. Ltd.,
Feltham,
MIDDX.

For the attention of Mr. R.A.Lydy.

Dear Sirs,

Mr. Robotham, who is at present away from the Works for a short time, has asked me to answer your letters.

As regards the running we have done on experimental cars equipped with Champion plugs, the plugs have always met with our requirements. This Department, however, does not decide the buying policy of the Company and it seems improbable that we should standardise Champion plugs.

We notice you wish to list the correct grade of plug in your charts for our cars. Unfortunately, we cannot say to you that we officially recommend them but we have, of course, no objection to their appearing in your sales literature.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
