MONEL METAL.

As you are aware we have received from America some sheets of Monel Metal suitable for building a radiator. We took one of these sheets and also a sheet of nickel silver and after they had both been polished to the same degree we exposed them to the weather for a fortnight. The monel metal sheet showed up much better than the nickel silver as regards not tarnishing. We have now built up a radiator with the monel metal sheets and a matrix built up with extruded copper tubes. We are carrying out tests on this radiator. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
