To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} V32465 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/LG26.9.24. STEERING PIVOT BUSHES. We are sending to you a section sample of a steering pivot bush lined with Kelmet metal. It is necessary to have a steel casing because the Kelmet is so fragile and will not stand the knocking in and out. The Kelmet bush is pushed into the steel shell and burnished over at the ends. Our experience so far is that this is a very satisfactory material for this work. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
