We are now proposing to get a weight analysis of the units of the Humber Super Snipe. We are not proposing that these units should be completely stripped unless details of their construction is required by any section. As an example, our interest in the engine experimentally does not extend beyond the cylinder head and valve arrangement. We are interested in the complete weight of the rear axle and gearbox, but not particularly in the detail construction. If, therefore, anyone would like exact details of any piece, we should be glad if they would let us know. [Handwritten Notes] (1) Axle & Box main dimensions (2) Frame. weight & stiffness. Photograph. (3) Yoke piece front suspension Dynamo, starter motor, Distributor and Coil - Ampere (4) Cylinder Head construction particularly the waterways & transfer from block to head. (5) Weight Brake Drums (6) Pedal Ratio. & dimensions / master & wheel cylinder. (7) Sketch of flywheel (need not be reversed) (8) Matrix dimensions & water pump details. CE | ||
