It should, however, contain sufficient information to enable important dimensions and sufficient data for the detail drawings to be taken from it, and also to serve as a record. The arrangement made that six bodies should be built from the first sample sets of parts supplied by Motor Panels and that Park Ward should make the necessary adjustments and and mounts to chassis, has been carried out. The following six that were to have been built for the purpose of checking and correcting jigs and tools ready for production, have not been starter, owing to conditions prevailing. REMARKS - From the foregoing, it will be seen that there is a considerable amount of work to be done before production can commence. We estimate that it will take a minimum of two months, and possibly three, to carry out the necessary work and get ready for production. We recommend that, if possible, Park Ward should get the necessary drawings and jigs made now, and the necessary repairs done to the wood model which they have at their factory, so that they are ready, at the end of the war, to pass on to Motor Panels, so that there will be no delay in these people producing the parts which they will be supplying.
