I attach copy of a report from BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}, which, taken jointly with my memo, will show to you that every effort is being made consistent with being immune from breakages and satisfactory to our customers, to get the cost as low as possible.

In conclusion, we have not yet finished, and will persist in trying to get the above a good all-round job from Firth's.
