BUCKS.

For the attention of Mr. Herrington.

Dear Sirs,

As you will see from the attached copy of our letter to Messrs. Wellworthy, they have been in touch with us by 'phone concerning a supply of AC.9 which was outside specification, having high Magnesium content.

An obvious suggestion here was, that this material might be combined with other material of know low Magnesium content in the remelt, to provide the necessary correction.

You will also note our suggestion, concerning a supply of AC.9, to be available in emergency. We hope this idea meets with your approval, our intention being simply to limit the effect of delay in making bearings, so that continuity may be maintained in customers' supplies.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
