R.R. 235 A (100 T) (S.F. 846, 6-8-19) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 2460. Contd. -2- HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LC30.3.20. It has been agreed, for instance, that R-R Cars made in America shall be fitted with rims to take straight sided tyres. We should not have agreed to doing that if we did not think that spares would be obtainable in England and on the Continent for straight sided tyres. Our recommendation is that as soon as ever there is a reasonable chance of obtaining straight sided tyres (of the size we require 33 x 5) the Sales Dept. should recommend a customer to have Goodyear demountable rims in place of Warland.
