Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 6th inst., and regret to note that your Publicity Department do not think the Car Radio position sufficiently advanced for us to be permitted to publish your recommendations. However, our immediate desire is to go further into the question of fitting our Car Radio to your cars, with your Distributors and Coachbuilders, and we presume that as you have already notified all your Sales Departments of your recommendation, it will be permissible for us to refer to your remarks when discussing this matter with these people. Perhaps when you have had more experience of the working of our equipment your Publicity Department would consider permitting us to use the simple expression "Approved by Rolls-Royce" on our advertisements. We are very pleased to note that we may expect one or two further orders for your Olympia cars, and we hope to have an opportunity of discussing these installations with you in the near future. We are also anxious to test the performance of the equipment in your experimental car now that it is finished, and hope that you will be good enough to let us do this one day at your Works. We are wondering whether you have been able to effect an improvement in the bass response by trying out the suggestions which we put forward in our last letter.
