SRm x6116. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}13/WH. 16.1.35. S/W. D/BR.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} c. to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. GLG-5- Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s New Car. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} wants this chassis equipped with a pair of newpatternhorns which Lucas have just commenced to produce. We have already received in London, a sample pair of these horns from Mr. Thacker of Lucas, Birmingham, and we have asked him to arrange to send Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst another pair for experimental purposes at your end. We propose to leave it to you to order yet a third pair for Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s chassis from Lucas and we suggest your order be sent to Mr. Thacker and it be explained to him that the horns are to be similar to those he recently supplied to us and which he is about to send to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} will want the horns wired up in such a way, that he can by means of a switch on the facia board cut out one of them. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} | ||
