Messrs Mulliner Ltd.,
Bridge Street,
Northampton.

Dear Sirs,

We noticed at the recent Olympia Show, a large "Napier" fitted with a body having a ventilation scheme to the front seats. The system which we refer to is that in which a gap is arranged between the separate chassis and body dashes at the line of the bonnet, for the purpose of allowing fresh air to enter the front seat space.

This car was exhibited on Messrs S.F.Edge's stand, and we understand from Messrs Napier & Son that the body was built by yourselves.

We have been interested for some time in a similar device to this, and we shall be glad if you will advise us if you hold any patents for same, as we are of course anxious that we should not infringe.

We trust that we are not unduly troubling you in this
